Our senior services offer a wide range of FREE activities for seniors, ages 55 years and older, such as arts and crafts, fitness, field trips, and much more. Everyone finds something FUN & ENGAGING to do at ALL of our senior empowerment centers. This is a place to connect and thrive.

Activities for Seniors
Senior Meal Program
Nutritious meals are served Monday through Friday at 11:30 AM.
Our meal services are part of a comprehensive nutrition program designed to ensure seniors receive balanced and nutritious meals.
*SENIOR MEAL PROGRAM AVAILABLE ONLY AT WALNUT PARK AND UNION PACIFIC.
*Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
Requested donation: Suggested donation of $3.00 per meal for seniors 60 years and older. $7.00 per meal if under 60 years old (it's completely optional, but greatly appreciated!)
Menus are available at the site.

Community Need in Greater Los Angeles
Our Senior Enrichment Program is designed to foster a sense of community, reduce isolation, and promote wellness through nutrition, physical activity engagement, and intergenerational teaching and learning. Senior centers play a crucial role in this by providing various programs, activities, and services tailored for older adults. Program components include a daily lunch service consisting of warm nutritional meals served in a friendly community dining environment.
