Survivor Self-Care Wellness Day

Join us for a rejuvenating day dedicated to trauma-informed self-care, where you can unwind, heal, and enjoy a variety of enriching activities. Here's a sneak peek of what we have in store:

  • Candle Making: Craft your own soothing candles

  • Stretching Sessions: Refresh your body and mind

  • Exclusive Soap & Perfume Making: the first 20 attendees will get to create their own unique soaps and perfumes

  • Painting with Purpose: Unleash your creativity around 1:30/2PM

  • Massages: Available from 10 AM to 3 PM Be sure to tip your wonderful massage therapist!

  • DIY Facials and Makeovers: Learn how to pamper yourself with professional techniques

  • Community Gardening: the first 32 attendees will experience how gardening teaches planning, patience, confidence and a sense of accomplishment

In addition to these activities, we want to help you continue your self-care journey beyond this day. We are providing a sign up for all survivors enrolled in our intake services to participate in the 12-Month "Love Yourself First (LYF) Journal - Support Group starting October 3rd 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. 

Please know that this day is all about you. Whether you choose to participate in all activities or simply want to relax and enjoy the company of others, you are welcome to join us in whatever way feels best for you. We look forward to sharing this day of healing and renewal with you.
