Barbara Harper is YWCA GLA’s Senior Administrative Program Director with over 30 years of experience in Programs and Human Resources experience. Her professional experience includes senior level management, strategic program management training development, human relations, program design, budget forecasting and organizational development. In this role she is responsible for evaluating program outcomes to ensure bench marks and program compliance is achieved.

Prior to her role as the Program Administrator, Barbara served as the Senior HR Director for the Los Angeles Job Corps Center for 12 years. She managed all HRD functions and also served as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Ms. Harper attended Southern Illinois University Major in Business Administration.
