Barbara Harper, Senior Administrative Program Director with over 30 years of experience in Programs and Human Resources experience.  My professional experience includes senior level management, strategic program management training development, human relations, program design, budget forecasting and organizational development.

I am currently the Senior Administrative Program Director for the YWCA  GLA.  In this role I am responsible for evaluating program outcomes to ensure bench marks and program compliance is achieved.

Prior to my role as the Program Administrator, I served as the Senior HR Director for the Los Angeles Job Corps Center for 12 years.  I managed all HRD functions and also served as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Attended Southern Illinois University Major in Business Administration.
